It's not another Language but can I request a new COUNTRY. [Although a Welsh version of Moodle would be of interest, I'll ask around locally.] I added Wales (internally code WA) to the installation here. About 30% of the students chose that rather than the UK. So can I request that it's added to lib/country.php.

I'm sorry it's just a detail:
"cs" (used as code for Czech in lib\country.php) had been used for Czechoslovakia until 1992, when Czechoslovakia was separated into Czech and Slovakia.
Since that, "cz" is usually used as shortcut of Czech.
