I have this new wikipedia block, which I put it in the root website.
When I'm as Admin, I want to put it in every course as a default but not as sticky block, so every teacher can have it and delete it if he wants (a property that in a "sticky block" they can't do),I want to put it in one action (because we have 100 courses) I don't want the teacher to put this block in their courses by themselves because they don't know about it.so they'll see it and delete it if they don't want it.
so how do I start this wikipedia block (or any new block that isn't defined as a default in the courses) all over the courses at one time??
