Using moodle 1.1.1 and have two problems with the assignment module. It might I'm missing something somewhere but I'm fairly new to this thing.

1 when I create an assignment it gives on the screen an error

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/moodle/lib/weblib.php on line 1408

Further on everything seems to work fine.

However When presenting the assigment to the students it just give the text but nowwhere I can find a way to upload anything for this assignment.

Please give me some help what or where am I missing something.

However my students do get the option of uploading a file.
Are you sure you checked the option "Upload a file" in the assignments configuration? It's there because one can also create "offline assignments"
