Here are my problems with resource block (Moodle 1.63+):
I have created a new folder with a name in Chinese, but only dispalyed "-" as the folder's name.
I have uploaded a file (say, "abc.doc") to the new folder successfully, and then renamed the file'a name into Chinese, but finally I only got "-.doc".
What is wrong with these?
Can anybody help?
