Yes I have been experiencing a couple of strange things since the upgrade,
- the "Turn Editing Off" problem you mentioned above. I have to repeatedly turn editing back on when or if I am returned to the course page.
- "500" Errors when trying to work on or finish the creation of Quizes, Lessons, Assignments, etc.
