hi at all. i have a big problem. i'm trying to transfer a course from a computer to another one. i made the backup of this course and i created the .zip file.
then i transfered this file to the other pc and i uploaded the file to the site file directory and i made the restore. at this point moodle give me an error message and tell me that the file .XML is not found because it doesen't stay on the root level.
i think it's caused because the machine when i extract the course have a hierarchy of folders for moodle different from the new computer and for this reason when i decide to restore the file, Moodle unzip into different directories which are not the right ones. (the directory of the root level).
how can i solve this problem? which is this root (and right) level? how can WinZip upload the files to the right folder if the 2 computer have different file system?
