I have a couple questions about blocks in 1.7. As far as I can tell, nonstandard blocks will still work in 1.7 without requiring modification (e.g. unanswered questions block). Is this a correct assumption?
Also, it seems to me that users can be assigned capabilities to edit blocks or not. But is there a capability to see particular blocks or not that can be assigned?
