Moodle in English: Disableing discussion for Site News

I'm sure theres a place to do it but I just can't find it. I would like disable the Discussion option for the site news.

Hi Doug,

Please try updating the forum and select one of the "no discussion" options available for "Can a participant post to this forum?"

Theres the issue. I can do this for a forum in a course. I cant find the "update forum" option for the SITE news (Course 0)

You may also like to vote for the bug that requests that discussion be disabled on site news by default.
