Hi.... conceptual problems..

Want to set up 5 different collaborative groups within the one course, set up with weekly format. Each group will be requiring different Forum topic content to discuss under,  and will need their own space to plan and discuss their project development. The rest of the course content will apply to all.

For example:

If I give each group a seperate name 1,2,3,4,5,  where do you suggent I establish their unique spaces a) for discussing  their topics  b) sharing planning towards project achievement?

Hi Allyson:

I'm just joining the Moodle environment and am looking for the tools to do the kind of group work that you are proposing here.  I would love to see some Groove-like tools available for group work in this environment.  I'll keep tracking the discussion to see how to set up my own groups for the class I am teaching.  Thank you for leading the way.
