I can't install 1.7:

1. Choose a language OK (English (en))
2. Checking your PHP settings ... OK
3. locations of this Moodle installation OK (no changes!)
4. configure the database OK
- Type mysql
- Host Server ...
- Database ...
- User ...
- Password ...
- Tables prefix mdl_
5. Checking your environment ... OK
- database mysql version 4.1.16 is required and you are running 5.0.24 OK
- php version 4.3.0 is required and you are running 4.4.4 OK
- php_extension iconv is recommended to be installed/enabled OK
- php_extension mbstring is recommended to be installed/enabled OK
6. Download language pack OK (Next)
- You may continue the installation process using the default language pack, "English (en)".
7. Configuration completed
- config.php has been successfully created
8. GPL License
- Have you read these conditions and understood them? Yes
9. Setting up database / - Home ► Setting up database
- "No warnings - Scroll to the continue button"
- "Database was successfully upgraded"
10. Current release information / Home ► Current release information
- Moodle 1.7 beta => "Continue"
11. Setting up module tables / Home ► Setting up module tables
- "No warnings - Scroll to the continue button"
- "resource tables have been set up correctly"
==> there is no "Continue"-Button!
==> if I reload the page I always get the message:
"Upgrade already running in this session, please wait!
Click on the exclamation marks to ignore this warning (!!!).
( Continue )"
"Continue" => same message

12. Setting up module tables
- "No warnings - Scroll to the continue button"
- "scorm tables have been set up correctly"
==> same as 11. (no "Continue"-Button! etc.)
==> when I reload the page etc., I always get

That's all! Do I have a wrong version of database, php ...?
