Hi All,
I've just started using Moodle, so I am still a bit new to the whole thing. I'm planning on using the Wiki module to create a planning document. However, I've bumped into an issue with regard to the formatting, particularly with headings and subheadings.
According to all the documentation, if I put two equal signs around the text that I want as a main heading, it should be done automatically. However, when I do that, it seems as if the wikiwords is getting the signal to turn it into "preserve formatting" ie. everything inside the equals signs appear in "courier" or some sort of typewriter-based font.
It's a minor annoyance, I know... but I'm wondering if I shouldn't just use the straight up HTML only feature.
Suggestions?
Hi john,
as you can check out around this forum and in the moodle newsletter 2 there is a new wiki module that is replacing the default module.
This module enables headings just like in mediawiki and generates a TOC.
Just like this: http://morfeo.upc.es/crom/mod/wiki/view.php?id=22
Cheers
