Can't link to a file in moodledata

HI

I\'m getting this error while linking to a file located in the moodle data.

The file is there,  but I don\'t get it why it does give me this error.

I\'m using 1.54+

OK, let rephrase what is my problem
I've created a folder within a course and uploaded it a *.doc file.
The I wanted to create a resource (pinter to file or webpage) and then I browsed to where I uploaded the file and selected it.
Then when I wanted to see pointer I made to that file it gave me this msg.
The file is there.

Not Found

The requested URL /moodle_iegd/file.php/13/pm/Adobe_Designer.doc was not found on this server

Please help me

Couple of suggestions:
Try specifying the full path of the file.
If that doesn't work try changing Variables > Operating System > slasharguements to absolute path (file.php?file=/pic.jpg)

OMG I absolutely forgot about that. That's what happens when you stop working with moodle for a while.
