Hi Peter,

It is not possible to save the state of a HotPot quiz and come back later to continue where you left off.

However, Moodle will store the results "so far" in of an attempt at a HotPot quiz, so that if a student only tries the first few questions in a quiz, the teacher will be able to see their responses for those questions. However, the student will not be able to resume the quiz once they close their browser.

Moodle has a scorm module, but probably other people know much more about that then me.

One further thing, when you post messages on the forums, please do not use the "Preformatted" font style for long lines, because this means the line will not wrap and people will have to scroll horizontally to read what you want have to say wink
