Is there a way of finding out who hasn't accessed a course without having to go through the whole log? It would be really useful if we could get a listing showing just the people who have never logged in.

Does the participants list in the people block not provide what you need? If you click on the "Last access" column you can sort the list with the never accessed at the top.
