One of the things I'm doing here at pteppic.net is moodle consultancy for the Open University, here in the UK. One of the things that they have asked me recently is "How many UK HEIs are using Moodle, and what are they using it for?"
JISC OSSWatch's recent Open Source survey showed that Moodle is currently in use in 56% of UK FE extablishments, but only around 9% of HE - I'd like to find out just how true that is...
If you are using Moodle for teaching and learning in a Higher Education Institution in the UK, please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org, and let me know. I'd really like to find out just how popular Moodle is in HE, and what you are all doing with it - for example, are you using it with portals, integrating it with Student MIS, implementing portfolios, blogging and podcasting? and so on...
All contributions gratefully received and kept confidential.
Many thanks in advance.
