Problem with Upload and Review - allow feedback after assignment is done?

My instuctors and upload a file for feedback, but it won't show because it's after the due date.
Shouldn't the instructor be able to upload feedback after the assignment due date?
Does anyone have a fix for this, or a way to fix this?
