That the language depends on the "locale" of the server becomes problematical:
- What happens when the user changes language?
- Can the host change the "locale" of "my part of the server" to Sweden (though the server isn't here)?
- I have several Moodles on the same host. Can/Should they have different "locales" depending on the major language used?
