However, it doesn't seem to work when entering TeX in the Quiz choices of a Multiple choice quiz.

Thanks for the bug report - fixed now.
It still doesn't work for me. I'm new to the whole thing so maybe I did something wrong somewhere else... I have the same expression typed into the question area and in the quiz choice area. It shows up the way I expect it in question area but not in the choice area.
I have the expression "$$t \geq 75$$" in both areas.
Well, are you using the very latest from code from today?
Heh heh, sorry, I don't think so. I didn't realize this post was SOO current (I hadn't looked at the date). Not only am I new to Moodle, I'm new to the community (as an active person, anyway). I'm not used to such fast and up to date responses.

Looks good - what screen capture software is it? Do you crop/highlight separately or within the product?

It's SnagIt, from www.techsmith.com . You just capture the window, region, etc., and then apply the border effect, add necessary arrows, comments, etc., from within the program.
I like playing with it, so sometimes I make a mess.
