Workshop

I am trying to setup a workshop so students can upload written work and get feedback from several students on their writeup. Then I would like for the students to revise their writeup and resubmit it.  After that, the instructor will grade the work. So, I am only looking for feedback from student reviews--not grades--and being able for students to revise and resubmit before the instructor grades the work and it goes into the gradebook.  Any help with how to set the parameters in the workshop would be appreciated. The documentation is less than clear.
