Our Moodle 1.5.4. installation (Win server, MySql 5.0.22, PHP 5.1.4) is slowing down. At first I thought it was just increased traffic, but one of our IT persons pointed out to me that the error log shows many repeating errors like the following:
[Wed Sep 06 17:46:48 2006] [error] [client 22.214.171.124] PHP Warning: include_once(D:\\moodle/mod/questionnaire/lib.php) [<a href='function.include-once'>function.include-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\\moodle\\course\\lib.php on line 751, referer: http://oursite/course/view.php?id=884
Could those double backslashes have anything to do with it?. How are they generated? Thanks in advance for any hints you can give.
