Hi,

this is my question...Is it possible to export a glossary to pdf?

Maybe there's a add-on...

Hi José,

This is how I would export a glossary to pdf.

  1. go to the glossary and make sure that all entries are displayed by clicking on the All button
  2. click on the Printer-friendly version icon, at the top right of the Glossary name/title
  3. in my browser, click on the File menu, Print and select a "virtual printer" which prints the output to a PDF file

There are a number of such "print to PDF" virtual printers available, among which I can recommend:

Joseph

I am attaching a pdf file of letter A of Moodle's glossary of common terms

However i wanted something better... i was thinking if it could be possible a button (similar to the printer button) in the glossary, that when cliqued it would produce a pdf automatically out of the glossary.

CMS like Jooma or mambo have this function...
