Problems with Site Files

When I click on Site Files, I get this error message:

I have created the directory, and have given it full server write access:

CHMOD

This is line 1321 in moodle/lib/moodlelib.php:

moodlelib

Does anyone know what I can do to make this function work properly?

You've specified $CFG->dataroot using a URL (ie starting with http:// ...) but you need a file path in there (the directions above it have some examples).
