Using the same feedback form in other courses

Hi

i am using feedback module with MOODLE 1.6

I have designed an evaluation form and want it to be distributed/imported in all the other courses on my site

I know we can import any activity (feedback, quiz, assignment etc) course by course but is there any way we can import this feed back from in multiple courses in one go

Hi Fouzia,

Yes - it is possible to make this feedback available in multiple courses, but you first need to save the survey as a 'Public Template'.

  • Go to your original survey
  • Select 'Edit elements' buttons
  • On the next screen, name your Template, check the 'Public template' box and select 'Save as template' button [see attached screenshot]

Then go to your next course...

  • Add a 'Feedback' activity
  • Edit elements
  • Select your template from the drop menu [see attached screenshot]
  • Select the 'Use this template' button
  • Select 'Continue'
  • Select 'Yes' when asked 'Are you sure to use this template'
  • Done!
