My name is Robert Mungo, and I've been using Moodle as a student for 3 years now. About a year ago, D.I. von Briesen mentioned the possiblity of a web slideshow here on moodle.org and asked me to create a slideshow using Eric Meyer's S5 Method as a student project.
I've created this slideshow using the S5 method and it weighs in at less than 300KB total. The main index file weighs in at 20KB. This means that, reusing the images & CSS, you could have dozens of languages available in the same space that the English Powerpoint Presentation takes.
I'm looking for suggestions, opinions, or problems with the slideshow. If there is any information that needs to be updated, please let me know that as well. I'm also looking for great images of the current version of Moodle in action to round out the slideshow. Hopefully when we get some feedback and images, we'll be able to officially submit the slideshow to Moodle Docs.
Please view the slideshow here: http://www.robertmungo.com/s5/, a zip file of the slide show is located here: http://www.robertmungo.com/s5/MoodleS5.zip.
Thanks in advance!
