Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to change the Teacher's default permission list, I want them to be able to upload files to the course and to see reports without being "Editors". Is there any way to make this possible?

Not possible right now, but this is exactly the sort of thing that the new roles and permissions system that is coming with Moodle 1.7 will let you do.
