I keep getting errors when I try to upload files when moodle is running on my IIS server. Is moodle incompatible, or is there a workaround?

I have a IIS test server setup and running. I can upload files with no problems at all. I would say its your file permissions and you may also check your IIS server settings for your moodle folder.
