Assignment

Thanks for this input, Enrique. I'll look into how these are typically implemented (input hereby solicited, btw). Certainly it should be simple to make the feature transparent, so if there's only one teacher, it will be completely invisible. I'm going to be required to make the change at my site, so if others think it'll be useful, I'll post my diffs here
