HI!
I'm trying to use the Hebrew package of the moodle.
For some reason - I get by default the utf-8 encoding, and then the Hebrew
characters don't appear properly.
If I change it to windows-1255 or charset-8858-1-i it looks great.
I'd like to know where do I change the default encoding in the moodle.
