I've set course enrolments to 'no' in a course's settings. However, it is still possible to enrol students(via internal enrolments) even though I am using external enrolments. Is this how it should work? I need my site to use STRICTLY external enrolments, as in moodle 1.5.3 and previous. i.e., only the Administrator should be able to manually enrol anyone. How can I rectify this?
