we have downloaded MoodleCron and installed it.
the Service in the startup type on the Computer Management is set as - Automatic but the status is empty, we schedual the automated backups in moodle itself it didn't creat any files at the spesific folder that we define.
but when we start the Moodle Cron service as the status was now "started" then we set the automated backups in moodle again and it did make the whole backup files
but then for some reason the service was not on the "started" status - it was again empty
why does the Moodle Cron service is shut down without any manual interrupting? how can I make the Moodle Cron service to be "started" as a constant way??
we have moodle 1.6, windows server 2003, mysql 5, php5.1.4
