Hello, Moodle community.
I am currently using Moodle 1.6.1 on a Windows 2003 server under IIS. The richtext html editor is not visible except when logged in as the administrator and creating new users. I have read all topics and followed through on the suggestions (Yes, the editor is enabled everywhere. No, the firewall is not the problem).
Any other suggestions on how to get this editor working for teachers and in other places?
