How would one configure Moodle to translate existing course content (assignments, text pages, news forum posts, etc.) into other languages as quickly and easily as Moodle can change its Interface Text into various languages? Is this even possible, or is the only practical solution to author / upload duplicate content for each language to be supported on the site?

I have the same problem, but need to show "Language"-ListBox ALWAYS, from any page. Or may be below the corse choosing.
Is it possible to make with Moodle prefferences?
