Changing Hosting

Hi there
I`m new with moodle, but first off all i think it´s greatt!!!.
Anyway, my question is the next
I need to move moodle from one hosting to another (bigger space), i don´t know wich files, folder and database needs to backup. Also i don´t know how to re-install in the new server
Could somebody pls gave a hand with this??

If you are on a host using Cpanel, you can back up your entire server contents (not just your Moodle) and have the admin of the new host restore them as they were for you.

Thanks for the asnwer, my host uses cpanel, but there`s this legend "cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module."

Is there any other way

If you have access to phpadmin (or your new host) it should not be to big a deal. The database is the biggest part of the problem and the rest can be ftp'd or even a new base install and then restore the database
