When I installed Moodle, I placed it in the root of the c drive, so all my information is in the location of c:\moodle
How would I move my entire moodle to a different volume? Literally, I just want to take the entire folder and move it from c:\moodle to f:\moodle Which files do I need to edit to make the change after moving the folder, or is there another way to do it?
Move it and then edit your config.php file to indicate the new location. That should be all you have to do, unless you have entered some urls throughout the site that may need to be updated.
