We considere institution modelling as a process on e-learning (EL) project management product of which is a VLE. This is environment in which institutions creates VLE environments. In this process pedagogy tools are available to be included in new VLE. It is important Institutions accounts management and new admin roles to be separated. We will place code at this forum.
