Two parallel questions in the same quiz - student gets one of them randomly

Is this possible:

Let's say that I have 2x10 questions like this - q1a & q1b, q2a & q2b, etc...
Every student should see just one of them - a or b "version" and in that way he/she will get his/her own unique combinations from 210 potencial combinations. For example: 1a, 2b, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6b, 7b, 8a, 9b, 10a.

Shuffle option for questions and answers would still be appreciated.

It should be possible.

Create 10 question categories, and put Q1a and Q1b in one category, Q2a and Q2b in the next, and so on.

Then add one random question from each category to the quiz.

I have a similar situation:
I have 3x10 questions like this - q1a & q1b & q1c, q2a & q2b & q2c, etc...

I'd like that each students has a random quiz like this:
q1a, q2a, q3a, etc...
or
q1b, q2b, q3b, etc...

where "a" and "b" are randomly chosen.

Is there any way to do it?
Thanks,

Sara
