Problem installing File Manager

I get this message after I go into Administration after installing File Manager:

 

Block file_manager tables could NOT be set up successfully!

any Ideas?

What I would do is remove the block, and then remove the table if it already exists in your database, then get moodle to install the block again.

If you don't know how to manually remove a table out of your database then I'd suggest that you don't do it and find someone who has SQL experience.
