Has anyone noticed that the Book activity is not registered in the Activity report? (Moodle 1.5.4, mysql, standard book module, not book_16)

When I try to run a participation report in Moodle 1.8.2 I get the error:
"Module book is missing the code needed to perform this function"
I can't seem to find where I need to change/update the book code, anyone have any suggestions?
Books show up when I run a full course Activity report.

The book module is a resource module, not an activity module (at least that's where it shows up in Moodle for me in 1.9.3), so it won't show up in the activity report.

Book is not an activity module. It is a resource module so it should not report as an activity. On the other hand you could make a request for a resource tracking report or adding resources to the activity report.
This is true, but other resource types (such as web pages) appear in the activity report. So, for consistency I think the book resource should also work (currently a dash is displayed next to the entries).
I'll file a bug fix for this.
