I'm quite interested as to how the "Welcome to Moodle!, Moodle Community, Moodle Development etc." boxes appear on the Moodle.org homepage. Have these been hard coded into the source, or are have they been inserted as Site News, or Topics? I hope someone can shed some light on this. Thanks
