Anyone know how to get around this error? It is very puzzling to me why I cant figure it out.

Adam,
If you want people to be able to help you, you must provide detailed explanations on what you were doing when you got that error message. Were you trying to import a webct quiz into Moodle? What is your Moodle version? your platform? etc. What kind of WebCT quiz was it? including what type of questions? etc.
