Languages

We would like to provide the courtesy of (attempting) to auto select the language based from the nonregistered users IP. Perhaps something along the lines of:

"It seems as if you are from from France. Préféreriez-vous cette page en français?"

I know when a user signs up they can select/save their lang prefs, but can we do this automatically? That would be amaaaazing!
