It is probably muppetry on my part, but I have Moodle 1.6 running fine. I have uploaded the book_16.zip, unzipped it in the mods directory. However, when I load up the moodle admin page...nothing happens! I have tried copying the language files across to see if that would make any difference (it doesn't). My database tables are untouched, presumably because there is not updating taking place. I could probably manage if I had an error message, but I have nothing!
Any idea would be gratefully received.
(Oh, and I also tried naming the folder book, instead of book_16)
