We are headquartered in New York, with offices in Georgia, France and the United Kingdom.  Some employees also work remotely from other regions of the world.  We have experienced strong growth over several years, and expect to continue growing quickly.  

We care about the success of our clients and believe in the importance of building strong client relationships.  We are hiring Client Success Managers to help our clients succeed with our eLearning software applications.  You would be working in a fast-paced environment with smart and friendly co-workers, who are passionate about their work.  

You would directly manage clients by providing implementation assistance, answering follow-up questions about our software, promoting adoption, and ensuring issues are addressed to their satisfaction.  Ideal candidates should have experience managing customer relationships, implementing eLearning solutions, or providing technical training.

Ideal candidates also possess the following:
* You have interest/experience with eLearning technology or pedagogy.
* You have direct working experience at a college or university.
* You are familiar with technologies such as Moodle, Blackboard, WebCT, Angel, or other software applications used by educational institutions.

We welcome candidates with 3-5+ years experience in:
* Customer relationship management (technology field)
* Customer service (with assigned accounts, not general service)
* Implementing academic technologies
* Training users on software applications
