We are currently installed moodle and things seem to be going great for us. This is a learning portal for our organization and I would like to know if there is a way by which we can manually set a the attendance for some class room training sessions that are assigned using outlook calendar. may be it will suffice if we can upload an excel sheet and be able to upload all the students status. Is there any such option right now? or is there any idea around it? or can i try and create one such feature? To provide some more clarity we would like to be able to view all the students list in a group and then be able to edit in place and add some attendance status like present and absent... This means that this will have to be like another additional module which can be created for every new training and based on the group the trainer can mark their status.
We are using moodle version 1.6.
