..or the other way around: I wish to remove section zero and it's automatic created news forum when I create a course (so where is that creation mechanism?)
I want this to make the course view more simple: by remmoving section zero, all the sections are equal and the functions of former section zero (including the automatic created news forum) should go to a sideblock like block_side_bar..
