We have implemented Google Checkout with moodle. To achive the requirement we have costimezed the Paypal module and used the Button code for Buy treating moodle course as Digital Product.

Sorry I am not showing the code here as you need to encode the course id for security reason.(i dont want to disclose the encode algo).
