Getting Resource and Activities Added to each area

What I want is to have the "Add a Resource" and "Add a Activities" drop downs in each of the Materials, Assignments, Assessments sections for each of the topic segments.  Instead of just having it in the bottom of Assessments.  Thanks for your time and knowledge.

I'm lostmixed.  What do you mean the "Materials, Assignents, Assessment sections"?  Are you using the topic format or do you have a different course format you are using?

A screenshot would be helpful.

We are using the the weekly format with accordian.  Under each week there are those 3 areas.  Here is a screenshot of the layout.  Thanks for your time.

I see what you mean now.

Unfortunately, that's really possible as far as I know.  If you don't like the hassle of moving all the activities/resources around, you might consider trying out the "Course layout" block.  It has worked well for me.
