Help with getting layout for new theme

Hi all!

I have downloaded and installed the files for a new theme (officeshade) and edited the logo images. So far so good. The styles css seems to be working ok, but the new layout is not functioning -- I really like the horizontal topics etc.

Any idea which file has to be where to make this happen?

Could you please post some screenpics of what you want and what your current site looks like. I can probably help if I could see what you're hoping to achieve.
