Problems restoring courses

Hi All
Can anybody suggest a solution for the following error trying to restore a course (any course I've downloaded). I'm using the latest 1.6 Beta. I've checked the zip file and the moodle.xml file exists.
  • Creating temporary structures
  • Deleting old data
  • Copying zip file
  • Unzipping backup
  • Checking for BlackBoard export
  • Checking backup
Error checking backup file. moodle.xml not found at root level of zip file.
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\www\webroot\moodle\backup\restorelib.php on line 4697

An error has ocurred

I have the same problem. Chasing it down is the next thing on my list, but I won't get to it until after June 13th. I've seen mention of the problem in the developer forum too, but no answers that I have noticed.

I have exactly the same problem. In my opinion it is related to absolute/relative path question and the backup.php file needs to be fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated
