how to setup spell checker?

according moodle document(http://docs.moodle.org/en/Editor_settings),I should download the package,where the aspell 0.50 download?

I download aspell 0.50,and install,but can't work(windows2003+iis+moodle);

I must setup the aspell ? how to use spell checker without aspell?

I found there are spell check files at 'htdocs\moodle\lib\editor\plugins\SpellChecker'?

Good luck, I have not been able to find a secure way of setting up aspell to work with Windows 2003 and IIS. I would be interested if anyone has but to the best of my knowledge it cannot be done. It has to do with security changes that do not allow PHP to execute the aspell executable as the anonymous IIS user without giving that user execute privileges to cmd.exe which is not a secure practice.
